Dorry Mulokozi is the owner and operator of Newcastle Senior Living, serving families in Carrollton and McKinney, Texas. With over 25 years of experience in healthcare, she brings deep clinical expertise and a lifelong passion for compassionate senior care.

Her journey began as a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA), where she developed a strong foundation in hands-on, resident-centered care. Through dedication and continued education, Dorry advanced to become a Registered Nurse, earning both her BSN and MSN degrees. Over the years, she has served in a wide range of roles — from bedside nurse to Director of Nursing in skilled nursing facilities.

This breadth of experience allows her to understand senior care from every level — clinical, operational, and personal.
